We are currently accepting applications for the Fall 24 semester. All students interested in receiving College Choice Benefits for the Fall 24 Semester should submit an application. Students who are new to the program or new to college are also welcome to apply.
The priority deadline for applications is July 19th.
The final deadline to submit an application is August 12th.

The College Choice Program, in collaboration with The Fostering College Success Initiative (FCSI), provides academic, financial, and social support to help young people in foster care succeed in college and beyond. Working in partnership with college and university students in foster care, participants can receive access to specialized tutoring, coaching, and career counseling; as well as housing support, tuition & fees assistance, and a daily living stipend.

The College Choice Program is an initiative from NYC’s Administration for Children’s Services (ACS), in partnership with The New York Foundling.
